• Building and/or Construction Experience
• Trade Qualification preferred
• Knowledge of building practices
• The ability to interpret plans
• Decision making capabilities
• Supervisory experience would be advantageous but not essential

If you:

• Take pride in your work
• Have a strong focus on health and safety
• Are organised and reliable
• Have excellent communication skills
• Hold a current NZ class 1 Drivers Licence
